  1. General By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. This store operates under the trade name Polishelle and is operated by Taylor Brio LLC ("we", "us"), which sells the products listed on it.

  2. Orders An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund in all such cases.

  3. Prices & payment Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Duties and import taxes are included in the price. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.

  4. Shipping Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery after processing takes 8–12 business days to the United States, 9–13 business days to Canada, and 6–11 business days to the United Kingdom and European Union. See our Shipping Policy for details.

  5. Returns You may return your order free of charge within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued after we receive and approve the returned item. See our Refund Policy for details.

  6. Product use Our products are cosmetics for external use on nails. Follow the included instructions. Do a patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from children. LED lamp: do not stare into the light source.

  7. Intellectual property All content on this site — text, images, branding — belongs to Taylor Brio LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

  8. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
