Shipping Policy

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery times and shipping cost, after processing:
- United States (contiguous 48 states) — 8–12 business days — free tracked shipping
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico — 8–12 business days — $15 flat carrier surcharge
- Canada — 9–13 business days — free tracked shipping
- United Kingdom — 6–11 business days — free tracked shipping
- European Union — 6–11 business days — free tracked shipping

No surprise customs fees. All duties and import taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout. Your parcel arrives with nothing left to pay.

- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day.
- During launch periods and sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact support@polishelle.com and we will investigate immediately.
