Returns & Refunds
You may return your order within 7 days of delivery, free of charge, if you are not satisfied.
- Email with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will send return instructions right away — returns are free.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return being initiated.
- Unopened items are returnable for any reason. For hygiene reasons, opened pens are returnable when faulty or not as described.
- Items damaged or faulty on arrival are replaced or refunded immediately upon photo confirmation — no return shipment needed.
