The product
Do I need a lamp?
Yes — the gel cures under our LED lamp in 60 seconds (it does not air-dry). The Crystal Cure Lamp is included in the Starter Kit and Duo Kit, or available on its own.
I've never done my own nails. Is this really beginner-friendly?
That's exactly who we built it for. The pen dispenses a precise 0.1ml per twist, the brush is built in, and it works one-handed — so even your non-dominant hand gets it right.
How does the cat-eye effect work?
Paint one coat, then hover the magnetic ball (built into the pen cap) over the wet gel. The shimmering light band follows the magnet — set it where you want, then cure for 60 seconds.
How long does one pen last?
Each pen holds 3.5ml with a 2-year shelf life. One thin coat per nail goes a long way, and the vacuum-sealed tube keeps the gel fresh between manicures.
How do I remove it?
Like any gel polish: buff the surface lightly, wrap with acetone-soaked pads for 10–15 minutes, and gently push off. Never peel.
Is the formula safe?
Our formula is gentle and low-odor, made with vitamin E and amino-acid care ingredients. As with any cosmetic, do a small patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Can I use it on my toes?
Absolutely — pedicure-perfect in minutes. Sandal season approved.

How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order in 1–3 business days, then delivery takes 6–13 business days depending on your country.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free tracked shipping to the contiguous United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico carry a $15 flat carrier surcharge, shown at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. All duties and import taxes are included in the price at checkout — your parcel arrives with nothing left to pay.

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

What if I'm not happy?
You have 7 days from delivery to return your order — free. Contact us at support@polishelle.com and we'll take care of it, no hard questions.
