Where's my Polishelle?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

• Have your tracking number? Paste it into the carrier link in your shipping email for live updates, or use a universal tracker like 17TRACK or ParcelsApp.
• Can't find your tracking email? Check spam/promotions first, then email us at support@polishelle.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Remember: processing takes 1–3 business days before tracking goes live, and delivery takes 8–12 business days after that.
