If you're not happy with your Polishelle order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery — and the return is free.
How it works
- Email support@polishelle.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number.
- We'll send you return instructions right away.
- Once your return is on its way back, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
The small print (kept small)
- For hygiene reasons, opened pens can be returned if faulty or not as described — unopened items are returnable for any reason.
- Damaged or faulty on arrival? Send us a photo and we'll replace or refund immediately — no return needed.
- Refunds cover the full product price. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct.
